Service Vehicle Type

Overview: The "Service Vehicle Type" doctype is used to define and categorize different types of service vehicles. It provides a simple and efficient way to classify vehicles based on their type for organizational and reporting purposes.

Fields:

• Vehicle Type

  • Label: Vehicle Type
  • Description: Specifies the type or category of the service vehicle.
  • Unique: Ensures each vehicle type is unique within the system.

Usage:

1. Navigate to the Service Management module.
2. Select "Service Vehicle Type" from the list of available doctypes.
3. Click on "New" to create a new vehicle type record.
4. Enter the specific type of service vehicle in the "Vehicle Type" field.
5. Save the record.

Notes:

• Use this doctype to maintain a standardized list of vehicle types for easy classification.
• Ensure each vehicle type is accurately entered to maintain consistency in data.
